Something I forgot to add to my previous post.
I’ve only seen the Comfort Maple once. The reason I waned to see it, though is that my grandmother Carley Cutt lived near it for much of her life. She enjoyed painting in her senior years, and did a set of paintings for the Comfort Maple. There is one painting for each season. Three of the painting are 2 inches by 3 inches, with the autumn painting being 12 x 14 inches.
After seeing the paintings, I wanted to see the tree for myself. Here are all four of them.
